On the third Sunday in Advent we joined with other members of the Gateshead and Durham URC group of churches for a Group Carol Service led by our minister, the Revd Marcus Hargis. The service was followed by delicious seasonal refreshments served in the church hall..
A few days later Santa’s ‘senior elfers’ wrapped some seventy Christmas gifts for children of our Ukranian guests, in preparation for their Christmas Party to be held in church on Saturday 17th December.
