The congregation is made up of all sorts of people from Durham and the surrounding area. We meet to worship God, to share fellowship, and to try to live out God's mission in the world. We try to get involved in what's happening in our own area, and also support international charities such as Christian Aid and over the past year Hope for Justice - a movement to end human trafficking.
We are part of a recently-formed group of United Reformed Church congregations across North West Durham and Gateshead. Our minister, the Revd Marcus Hargis, joined us in March 2020, just before lockdown.
